Tottenham chief Paratici ready to battle Inter Milan, Real Madrid for Gladbach defender Ginter

Tottenham director Fabio Paratici is maintaining interest in Borussia Monchengladbach defender Matthias Ginter.

Spurs were also heavily linked with Ginter throughout the summer window, but a move ultimately failed to come to fruition.

He will be out of contract at the end of the season, with Gladbach's failure to cash in before last month's deadline meaning he is likely to seal a free transfer elsewhere.

Calciomercato.com says Spurs are keen admirers of Ginter and could look to bring him to the club without paying a transfer fee.

However, the report claims that Spurs are by no means the only side with a desire to land the centre-back.

Inter Milan and Real Madrid are believed to be keeping tabs on Ginter's situation, while Bayern Munich have also been credited with an interest in the 27-year-old.
