Tottenham are eyeing Dynamo Kiev striker Artim Milevskiy.
The Daily Mail says he is in the final year of his contract and is determined to earn himself a move to the Premier League after missing out last year when Kiev refused to budge on a £13million asking price which cost him a move to Liverpool.
Newcastle United and Tottenham have both shown interest although the Magpies' current policy of only signing players aged 25 and under makes it difficult.
Kiev have reduced the asking price to a reasonable £5.5m and that will certainly open a few doors
