Tottenham are racing against time to sign Ivory Coast sensation Souleymane Coulibaly before the window shuts.
Supremo Daniel Levy has set up a £2m move for the teenage superstar who is ready to leave Italian side Siena, says the People.
Coulibaly has to wait until his father gets an Italian passport, which is scheduled to happen in the next few weeks, as he needs to come here on that basis.
The 16-year-old will not get a work permit at his tender age and has to arrive in Britain under the family umbrella.
The Coulibalys fled to Italy a couple of years ago to avoid the fighting in their homeland.
