Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has been handed full control of transfer policy.
The Mirror says Pochettino has won his bid to have overall control over transfers at Tottenham.
No player will join Spurs without the Argentine's prior approval - and any deals that can be done by chairman Daniel Levy will be run by manager Pochettino first.
He will work with Paul Mitchell, his former head of recruitment at Southampton, who was brought in by Levy earlier this season.
