Tottenham manager Tim Sherwood says he has no respect for his Benfica counterpart Jorge Jesus.
Sherwood and Jesus were involved in an altercation at White Hart Lane last Thursday when the Portuguese side scored their third goal in the 3-1 Europa League Round of 16 first leg win over Spurs.
Jesus celebrated jubilantly as his Benfica side added a third goal, appearing to wave three fingers at Sherwood, which the Tottenham gaffer took offence too.
Sherwood spoke ill of Portugal native Jesus after last week's match and was at it again on Wednesday as his north London side prepare for the return bout in Lisbon tomorrow night.
"I know exactly where he was coming from and I know what I saw," said Sherwood.
"I have got no respect for the man. I've got respect for the football club and I've got respect for his players.
"The club is a huge club and we've had a lot of emails from Benfica fans apologising for their manager's behaviour. At the end of the day, I will shake his hand, because they are a giant of a club."
