Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp is reviving his interest in Manchester City captain Richard Dunne.
The People says Redknapp will step up his bid for Richard Dunne with a £3million offer for the Manchester City defender.
The Spurs boss believes Dunne, 29, could be sacrificed by City in their January shake-up - despite only signing a new four-year deal in July.
Dunne was pursued by Redknapp, then at Portsmouth, last summer - as well as his White Hart Lane predecessor Juande Ramos.
And Redknapp is still keen to sign Dunne as he wants stronger back-up for Ledley King, who regularly misses games because of a long-term knee problem.
City boss Mark Hughes is the only Premier League boss likely to make several January signings - and it is likely that Dunne would have more first-team opportunities at Spurs.
