Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp says Aaron Lennon deserves an England World Cup place.
Lennon could make his first Spurs start since December in the home game with Bolton, where three points would leave Redknapp on the brink of qualifying for the Champions League.
The manager said: "I don't think it would be a risk to take Aaron to the World Cup. If he comes through our last three games, I'm sure he will be fine.
"He's worked very hard with our fitness coach and he's trained all week without any problems. I don't see match fitness being an issue - in fact you will be getting a fresher player instead of someone who has had a long, hard season.
"I have not spoken to Fabio Capello about Aaron, but he comes to a lot of the games and I'm sure he will make up his own mind based on what he sees."
