Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp is convinced FA Cup opponents Leeds United are destined for the Premiership under chairman Ken Bates.
Bates quit as Chelsea chairman when Roman Abramovich took control and took over at Leeds after they collapsed.
Slowly he has rebuilt them, upsetting some fans, but they are showing signs of re-emerging as a force.
Redknapp added: "Ken's gone there and taken it on. They could be in the Premier League again in three or four years.
"They have a great chance of coming up this season and Simon Grayson has done a great job."
