Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp admits his dressing room is "too quiet".
Redknapp fears his side lack the characters needed to drag Tottenham through the season-defining few weeks.
"We have a lot of quiet boys - a very quiet team," said Redknapp.
"Even William [Gallas] and Ledley [King] are quiet boys. We've not got one who I would say was very vocal in there. Only Michael Dawson, who we lost with injury, is a bit of a leader.
"But we've been here before. We lost a semi-final to Portsmouth a couple of years ago and came back to beat Arsenal, Chelsea and Man City away to get into the Champions League.
"We've got to do that again and go on a run."
