Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho isn't surprised PSG have reached the Champions League final.

PSG meet Bayern Munich in the final in Lisbon.

And Mourinho says it's about time PSG reached such a stage after the investment they've made in the team.

He said, "I think it is a failure that they did not win it during the two previous seasons because for five or six years, the investment has been crazy.

"The list of the best players there is incredible."
