Tottenham boss Andre Vilas-Boas insists Jermain Defoe and Emmanuel Adebayor can play together.
Adebayor has had a frustrating season so far under AVB.
"An option of two strikers is one of our strongest possibilities,'' argued Villas-Boas. "They linked very well and so it's something that can happen."
