The Daily Mail says Spurs are closing on a £10million deal for Brazil's highly rated striker Leandro Damaio.
The 21-year-old striker has scored 22 goals in 24 games, attracting interest from Arsenal, Barcelona and Manchester United.
His agent was due in London for talks this week but Tottenham are going to Brazil to wrap up a deal.
They hope to take advantage of their relationship with Internacional following the £8m purchase of Sandro, who has established himself as a first-team regular.
