Kieran Trippier and Harry Winks are among the England players who have not made their final squad for the Nations League finals.
Gareth Southgate has named a 23-man party that will head to the finals, with Spurs right back Trippier and midfielder Winks missing out.
Both were among the preliminary 27-man squad, but have lost their places due to form and fitness issues.
Trippier was first choice at the World Cup, but he has fallen behind Kyle Walker and Trent Alexander-Arnold in the pecking order.
Other players who missed out include James Ward-Prowse and Nathan Redmond from Southampton.
The 23-man squad does include Harry Kane, who recently recovered from an ankle injury and hopes to take part in the Champions League final with Spurs.
