Former Liverpool and Wales legend John Toshack is stepping down as the coach of Macedonia after refusing to live in the Balkan country, reports The Guardian. "Macedonia coach John Toshack is not ready to meet the requirements of chairman Ilco Gjorgjioski and agreed to terminate his contract," the Macedonia football federation said in a statement.
Toshack had been in charge for eight games and his only win came in the Euro 2012 qualifier against Andorra in September 2011.
