Bayer Leverkusen star Michael Ballack continues to be linked with a MLS move.

Kicker says a move to MLS is now a certainty for Ballack and the former Chelsea star is set to continue his career with Toronto FC.

The crisis club already has Thorsten Frings on its books and Ballack is now being lined up as a DP.
