Toronto FC are expected to name their fourth coach in four seasons this week.
The man in question looks to be former Chivas USA mentor Preki Radosavljevic, who has a good relationship with Reds general manager Mo Johnston and has coaching experience within MLS after his stint in Los Angeles.
Yugoslavian-born Preki represented the US national team during his playing days which took in stints at Everton, Portsmouth and Kansas City and is the only MLS player to win both league MVP and the scoring title twice.
Preki also won MLS coach of the year honours in 2007, his first as head coach of Chivas.
