Torino president Urbano Cairo has warned Manchester United no deal has yet been closed over the sale of Matteo Darmian.

United hope to sign the Toro fullback in the coming hours.

"We're in talks for Darmian, but for now he hasn't been sold," Cairo explained.

“It's possible he'll leave, I'm not saying it won't happen, but at the moment he hasn't gone. I'm planning to strengthen the team with four other buys."
