Torino president Urbano Cairo has revealed new offers have arrived for Alessio Cerci.
The winger is a top target for AC Milan.
"Since we last met, Milan sold Mario Balotelli," Toro President Cairo told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
"My club's books are balanced, so I don't need to sell anyone, but if a player has ambitions then I won't clip his wings.
