Tijuana wingback Edgar Castillo is reported to be a transfer target for clubs in Brazil.
MedioTiempo.com suggests that the 26-year old USA international could be on his way to a Brazilian club soon with Tijuana sporting director Ignacio Palou confirming the interest.
"Castillo caught their attention in Brazil," Palou said on Monday in regards to Tijuana's recent Copa Libertadores campaign.
"The truth is that we played three important Brazilian teams, with history and lineage and I think that we left a good taste, but they are only enquiries so far."
Former Santos Laguna man Castillo, who has also represented Mexico at international level, joined the Xolos in 2012 after a loan spell from Club America. He has also spent time with UANL, San Luis and Puebla.
