Tigres have loaned American defender Jonathan Bornstein to Liga MX rivals Atlante.
The 29-year old left-back has struggled for regular game time with the Monterrey club since arriving form Chivas USA in 2011 and will now spend the 20142 Clausura season in Cancun.
Atlante finished second bottom in the Apertura competition this year and will need former USA international Bornstein's experience to help them make amends when the new campaign kicks off in early January.
