Chelsea are ready to subsidise tickets and travel for fans attending away games this season.
Supporters travelling to games outside London will receive a £10 discount for public transport, while tickets to three of their 19 Premier League away games will also be subsidised.
Chief executive Ron Gourlay said: "Our support was among the very best last season and helped us achieve some memorable results away from Stamford Bridge.
"I am delighted that after consultation with the Fans' Forum we are able to reward that loyalty by removing some of the financial burden on our supporters and allowing them to create a special atmosphere for the players all around the country."
