Indonesian billionaire Eric Thohir refuses to accept a minority stake in Inter Milan.
Thohir's representatives have been in talks with Inter president Massimo Moratti since the end of last season about buying into the club.
However, Gazzetta dello Sport says talks will hinge on Thohir's insistence on a 60 per cent stake.
It's claimed the Indonesian wants control of Inter's spending over concerns Moratti could go crazy in the transfer market with the club's new cash boost.
