Juan Cuadrado has highlighted the significance of having seasoned campaigners deeply involved in the Chelsea squad.
Veterans John Terry and Didier Drogba are both chasing their fourth Premier League titles with the Blues and winger Cuadrado feels the west Londoners are in a good position with the aforementioned duo leading the pursuit.
"Obviously they (Terry and Drogba) have experience and are very important for all of us," Cuadrado told the club's official website.
"We listen to them but we also have to give our own contribution. Every match is a final and we have to focus on those, be hungry and hopefully we can achieve it."
Chelsea are currently six points clear of second-placed Manchester City at the top of the league table with a game in hand on their nearest rivals.
