Turkey coach Fatih Terim admits he wants more from his star attacker Arda Turan.

Newcastle United have moved for Turan, but Terim says: "Turan is one of my old students at Galatasaray.

"When I called him into the national team I had expected him to progress more than he has.

"He is important and very talented but on the other hand, he needs to improve on his endurance in the game.

"If he can do that then he can be one of the most important players."
