Barcelona coach Frank Rijkaard can't see Henk ten Cate being happy playing second fiddle to Avram Grant at Chelsea.
Rijkaard said: "Henk is a real head coach. He is a typical No 1. I have replaced him with Johan Neeskens. He is my assistant and he is prepared to work completely for me and the squad."
