The agent of Steven Taylor says he plans to stay with Newcastle United.

Taylor has been linked with possible moves to Queens Park Rangers and Crystal Palace this summer.

But Jonathan Hope told Sky Sports: "Yes a lot of interest and great opportunities but I will state now that Steven Taylor is going nowhere.

"He is contractually obliged to Newcastle United and he wants to play for the club he loves.

"Despite media reports I'm saying now Steven Taylor and myself are not interested in talking to anyone else. Our focus is Newcastle and fighting for a place in Alan Pardew's plans.

"We are not looking to leave Newcastle and hopefully this will end speculation over his future."
