Thai businessman Bee Taechaubol wants Paolo Maldini to front his investment plans for AC Milan.
Taechaubol is in talks about taking an initial 30 per cent stake in the Rossoneri.
Gazzetta dello Sport says a preliminary agreement has already been struck.
His plans include bringing club legend Paolo Maldini back into the fold as a member of the board.
