Wojciech Szczesny says Arsenal can be proud of their Champions League run this season.
Despite the manner in which Arsenal were outclassed at Barcelona, Szczesny insists there is no shame attached to losing to Barcelona.
The promising young keeper said: "We are disappointed as a team about what happened and the way it happened.
"But we have to move on and focus on the big games we have coming up. We played against the best team in the world - there's no doubt about that.
"They are favourites to win the whole competition and they are probably favourites to win all the competitions they are involved in this year. You have to face it, they are a fantastic team but we still believed we were capable of getting the right result against them.
"We got it back to 1-1 and Nicklas Bendtner had a chance at the end to probably put us through. For the last half-hour we played with ten men against them. When it was 1-1, it was 11 v 11. That score would have been good enough to get us through to the quarter-finals.
"Just because we lost, it doesn't mean we are not good enough. We will never find out what would have happened if Robin van Persie had stayed on the pitch.
"For me, though, the only thing I am concerned about is to get fit and, if I do and play, it is to do my best in every game - as all the team will. If we can, we will win a trophy."
