Sylvain Marveaux could still have a future with Newcastle United.

Marveaux still has one year left on his contract and should Steve McClaren be appointed as head coach, the future of the winger could be on of the first tasks in his in-tray.

He spent last season on-loan with Guingamp.

The winger played 33 times for Guingamp last term, netting three goals and providing six assists playing a total of 2,053 minutes to prove his fitness.
