Swindon Town have snapped up Southampton defender Jordan Turnbull.

The 19-year-old centre back will spend the 2014/15 campaign with the League One club as part of his development.

"We look forward to him returning in a year's time as a stronger, more experienced player," Saints technical director Martin Hunter told the club's website.
