Danny Swanson has left Dundee United but would prefer a fresh start in England rather than a move to boyhood hero's Hibernian. "It might sound strange as Hibs are my team but my preferred option right now is to head to England," the 25 year old told the Daily Record.

"I've a few irons in the fire and I'm hoping something comes off as I'm desperate for a change of scenery."
