Premier League clubs are keeping tabs on Bas Dost's situation at VfL Wolfsburg.
The centre-forward is unhappy with his situation in Germany and considering his options, which has alerted Swansea City, Sunderland and long-term suitors Aston Villa.
"It's not good for me, because I do not play. I have not come to this club to sit on the bench," Dost, 23, told Wolfsburg Allgemeine Zeitung.
"Now the situation is not satisfactory."
Swans boss Michael Laudrup is considering Dost as a replacement for Danny Graham, who left for Sunderland in January.
