Swansea seek Premier League help to get Situ, Halliche fixed up

Swansea City refuse to give up on signing Darnell Situ and Rafik Halliche.

The Daily Mail says they are appealing to the Premier League for dispensation to bring in players on loan after a calamitous series of events left Brendan Rodgers' side with only five fit defenders for the home game against West Brom.

FIFA have initially denied international clearance for the signings of Situ and Halliche.

The Premier League new-boys had agreed a £250,000 transfer fee to sign Situ from Lens, as well as a loan deal for Fulham defender Halliche, on transfer deadline day.
