Swansea City midfielder Ferrie Bodde last night sustained a knee injury in a reserves match.
The 29-year old Dutchman suffered the injury just two minutes in to the meeting with Arsenal's reserves and has now flown back to Holland to seek specialist advice.
Bodde has missed a lot of football in recent seasons with two previous knee injuries but the good news is that it is not the same knee that has kept him out.
Swansea head physio Kate Rees says it is too early to tell the severity at this stage but the club will know more once Bodde visits the surgeon in his homeland.
"We may have to wait for that swelling to go down before his surgeon in Holland is able to give us a full diagnosis.""At the moment there is a lot of swelling around the knee," Rees told the club's official website.
