Swansea have confirmed striker Luke Moore has left the club by mutual consent and is now a free agent. The 27-year-old joined the South Wales club from West Bromwich Albion in January 2010.

The official Swansea club website said of the former Aston Villa star, who has recently been linked with Turkish side Elazygspor: "Swansea City has parted company with striker Luke Moore by mutual consent.

"Swansea City would like to thank Luke for his contribution to the club and wish him well for the future."
