Swansea City are set to go after Sporting Braga star Eder according to reports.

According to the Daily Mail, the Swans are poised to make a £6million offer for the 27-year old striker who bagged 10 goals in Portugal's Primeira Liga last season.

Garry Monk is eager to find a replacement for Wilfried Bony, who left the Liberty Stadium for Manchester City in January, and wants to lure 18-time Portugal international Eder to south Wales.
