Swansea City are ready to offer new terms to Neil Taylor.

The Daily Star says Taylor, 26, was a target for Crystal Palace and West Brom during the January transfer window.

The Wales international has just over a year remaining on his existing deal, but Swans boss Garry Monk is keen to stave off any offers by sorting Taylor's future.

The former Wrexham man struggled for form early in the season, having spent much of the previous campaign on the bench, but has looked back to his best in recent weeks.
