Pablo Hernandez expects to be back for Swansea City against Sunderland this weekend.
Hernandez has missed the last seven games for Swansea after picking up a hamstring problem in the win over West Brom last month.
"It is an important fixture for us because we need to start picking up points at home," said Hernandez.
"But we know Sunderland have a new manager in Gus Poyet, so the players will be looking to do everything to impress him and get a good result."
