Swansea City legend Dean Saunders feels Garry Monk should be given the manager's job long-term.
Monk has the Swans on the brink of Premier League safety.
And Saunders told WalesOnline: "I've been really impressed with Garry Monk.
"The way he comes across, the way he speaks and the way he does things are first class and you can't argue with that.
"Football is a ruthless business. But Swansea just have to keep picking up points, they're more than capable of doing that."
