Swansea City goalkeeper Gerhard Tremmel admits growing up idolising Bayern Munich legend Oliver Kahn.

Tremmel came through the youth system at Bayern.

"Oliver was a hero growing up and it was great to play against him in the Bundesliga," he said.

"He definitely left his mark on the goalkeeping landscape.

"There are a lot of things I learnt from him, like how he keeps his concentration for the full 90 minutes and then stops a shot in the final seconds of a game."
