Swansea City defender Ashley Williams feels he's better for entering the pro game late.
Williams wrote in the Daily Mail: "To be honest, I feel glad in a way that things happened for me quite late on in my career. I didn't join Swansea until I was 23 when we were in League One. I think I probably appreciate it all a bit more. Anyway, I've just had a second son last month and nothing keeps you grounded like changing a dirty nappy. Sometimes at the moment I come to training with baby sick on my top - like I said, it keeps you grounded."
