Swansea City defender Ashley Williams has hailed the impact of manager Michael Laudrup.
Williams believes the great Dane has brought not only his silky skills to the training ground, but also a new dimension to Swansea's game.
The defender said: "Anyone who grew up watching the gaffer knows he was such a good player for Barcelona and Real Madrid, with so much he can pass on to us. He takes training and joins in as well. He's probably the best player every day.
"He can't move any more and doesn't do much running but he's still unbelievable. He likes to do no-look passes all the time.
"It's similar to when Paulo Sousa was boss. He used to join in training and, though he couldn't move too well, he was amazing.
"He would nutmeg two or three players every session. You knew it was coming but you couldn't stop it. You can see why both of them are legends in football."
