Swansea City and FC Twente are reportedly negotiating a transfer fee for Luc Castaignos.

The Daily Mail suggests that the Swans are seeking a cut-price deal for the 22-year old who is expected to be offloaded by the financially burdened Dutch club.

Castaignos is valued at around £6.5million but Swansea are hoping to land him for £4m when the summer transfer window opens.

The Dutch striker, formerly of Feyenoord, joined Twente from Inter Milan in the summer of 2012. This season he has scored 10 goals in 28 Eredivisie appearances.
