Swansea City boss Roberto Martinez admits he's in talks with Liverpool for their new Hungarian goalkeeper Nikolay Mihaylov.

He told the Western Mail: "Nikolay is a fantastic prospect and Liverpool want to send him here but the work permit problem is something we probably don't have enough time to sort out before the deadline.

"In that respect we will have to make a couple of assessments over the next 36 hours. We have got a few options but we will push the first one until we find out one way or another."
