Swansea boss Monk has great respect for Pulis

Swansea City boss Garry Monk is a big fan of West Bromwich Albion counterpart Tony Pulis.

Monk, 35, is full of respect for his Welsh opposite number.

He said: "If you look when he was out of work for four or five months, he was linked to every single job that came up. That shows his reputation amongst clubs and other managers.

"I would imagine nearly all managers have a good relationship with him. They respect him, his longevity and his management skills are there for all to see.

"He may not be everybody's cup of tea, but there is no right or wrong way to play football and if we all played the same way it would be boring.

"He is a very good manager and that is why people want him to come in and work for them and you can see the impact he has already had at West Brom."
