Swansea City boss Michael Laudrup is delighted with the form of midfielder Leon Britton.
But he won't demand Roy Hodgson give Britton a belated England call.
Laudrup said: "I want the best for my players, but I'm not the kind of man who says my players should be in this team or that. I leave that to the national coaches.
"Leon is very important to us because we play a certain way. Obviously we want the ball on the ground and want possession and he's very good at that.
"We have a lot of players playing at a very high level. You can't play that good if it's only four or five at their peak of performance.
"It's quality, attitude but also confidence. We know it is a good moment. When you are in a good moment, you think you can beat everybody, everywhere.
"They are a good possession team and we wanted to play the same. That was the best thing."
