Swansea City boss Michael Laudrup refuses to accept Ashley Williams will leave in the summer.

Williams is a top target for Liverpool and Arsenal.

Laudrup said: "I know a lot of our players will still be here, whatever happens.

"We have a lot of players who have extended their contracts - Chico Flores the most recent one - so I imagine if you do that it is because you want to be here.

"I did that myself.

"Ashley renewed his contract, but it is true you never know in football and sometimes an offer can come in doubling your salary to play for a bigger club.

"It's the same for everyone: you would at least think about it.

"But I think a lot of players see that this season with Swansea is only the first part of things."
