SV Darmstadt insist they've not fielded any offers for striker Sandro Wagner.
Aston Villa and West Bromwich Albion have been linked with the 28 year-old centre-forward.
"For Sandro Wagner there has been no request put to us, therefore, it's an issue that is a waste of energy.
"We also do not want basically any players to leave," said head coach Dirk Schuster.
Wagner is rated by SVD in the €10 million class.
