New Sunderland signing Danny Higginbotham is confident his former Manchester United teammate Roy Keane will be a success as manager.

"Roy is exactly the same as a manager as he was as a player," said the 28-year-old centre-half.

"His reputation as a player speaks for itself. He demands nothing but the best.

"He was one of the best players in the world but he always gave 110%, worked hard in training and games and inspired those around him. Nothing has changed in that respect."
