Sunderland winger Emanuele Giaccherini is prepared to fly to Chelsea if manager Antonio Conte calls, according to his agent Furio Valcareggi.
The 31-year-old, who spent last season on loan at Bologna, has impressed for the Italy national team at Euro2016.
His recent performances have led to the speculation that Conte, who has managed him with Juventus and the Azzurri, is interested in bringing him to Stamford Bridge.
However, there is also plenty of interest within Italy and around Europe for Giaccherini.
"There's Torino and Bologna, but also some teams abroad," Valcareggi told Italian radio station Lady Radio.
"We're available to [Fiorentina sporting director Pantaleo] Corvino, but he hasn't called me yet.
"I'd like to see him here, no doubt, but there are other situations in play now.
"This is probably the high point of Giaccherini's career. If Conte calls then we'll fly to Chelsea."
